Sara Jane has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and has recently begun her studies in yoga philosophy and yogic chanting. She completed her teacher training certification in 2009 at Source of Yoga in Kerala, India, under the guidance of Caroline Klebl. She has also studied anatomy, physiology and Ayurvedic medicine – disciplines that have helped to enrich her understanding of this ancient body of knowledge.
After receiving her certification she returned to Toronto to begin her journey in teaching. Sara Jane's goal is to facilitate the positive benefits of yoga through creative and mindful instruction. She promotes a peaceful and fun practice space, encouraging students to accept, challenge and grow.
